Its soul takes shape at Distilleria Indie (Barga, Lucca), where it is distilled in small batches in a 220-liter Mueller still: a handcrafted production that enhances every single botanical.

🌿 Unique Botanical Profile

The base is a highly pure Tuscan grain alcohol, sweetened by the crystalline water of the Apennines. From this, an aromatic profile develops that enhances the identity of the territory:

• Bergamot and mandarin bring a citrusy and bright freshness
• Juniper structures its distinctive character
• Rosemary adds its Mediterranean signature
• Citron gives roundness
• Pine needles complete the bouquet with a balsamic breath typical of the Tyrrhenian pine forests

🥃 Tasting Notes

On the palate, it is crisp and vertical, with a natural balance of citrus, herbaceous, and balsamic notes. The finish is long and refreshing, evoking the coastal wind and the intense green of the Mediterranean maquis.
