What are the shipping times and what areas do you serve?

We ship throughout Italy with delivery in 3-6 business days, and outside Italy (to specific countries) with delivery within 6-9 days. Shipments are made via express courier with tracking to ensure maximum product safety. For orders in the Tirrenia area and surroundings, delivery times can be reduced to 1-2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping in Italy for orders of 2 bottles.

Can I buy Il Gin di Tirrenia abroad?

Yes, most European countries are served by our shipping service. At checkout, enter your address to view the shipping cost. If your address is not accepted, please contact us directly, and we will evaluate the possibility of fulfilling your order together. You can do so by calling or writing a WhatsApp message to +39 347 968 5828.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Do you have a return or replacement policy if something goes wrong?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a broken bottle, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, upon presentation of photos proving that the breakage occurred during transport. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed bottles.

Are the gin ingredients all natural and local?

Yes, Il Gin di Tirrenia is produced with selected natural ingredients, highlighting the botanicals of the Tuscan territory. We only use high-quality essences to guarantee an authentic product with a unique flavor.

How can I sign up for the newsletter and get a discount?

You can subscribe to our newsletter directly from the website footer. New subscribers receive a 5% discount on their first order, as well as exclusive updates on new products, events, and special promotions.

Is there a minimum order for sizes or quantities that can be purchased?

There is no minimum order. You can purchase even a single bottle. For wholesale orders or quantities over 12 bottles, contact us to receive a dedicated price. You can do so by calling or writing a WhatsApp message to +39 347 968 5828.

Is it necessary to be of legal age to purchase?

Yes, to purchase alcoholic products, you must be 18 years of age or older. By placing an order on our site, you declare that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to request identification at the time of delivery to verify the buyer's age, in accordance with Italian regulations on the sale of alcoholic beverages.
